XOXO'S CANCELLATION POLICY
At Xoxo Hair, we completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer that time to another guest!

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service

No-shows may result in a 100% charge of the booked service
We'll always do our best to be understanding if an emergency comes up, just reach out to us.
